No account, no login
You never signed up, so there is no profile to delete. What we hold is the name you typed into a room and what you played under it - that is what we look for.
How to request deletion
- Write to [email protected] with the subject wayoff data deletion.
- Tell us the name you played under and roughly when you played, or the room code if you still have it. Without that we cannot find your rounds - we have no account to look you up by.
- We confirm and delete within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your name and scores in every stored game summary
- Any room that is still live at that moment, with everything typed into it
What stays
- The daily counters - how many rounds were played on a day. They are plain numbers with nothing personal in them and cannot be traced back to you.
- Analytics data in Google Analytics, which Google deletes on its own after 14 months.
How long we keep data otherwise
A room, with its names, typed words and guesses, is deleted 24 hours after its last activity. The summary of a finished game is kept as a statistic until you ask us to delete it. Uninstalling the app stops all collection immediately.
